Demond Edmond is one of the best maintenance workers I’ve encountered. He’s friendly, efficient, and actually cares about us and our concerns. I’d consider renewing my lease just because I know if I need maintenance, he’s gonna get the job done.
I enjoyed my experience here but the highlight of my stay was the great customer service I received from Trey cox, he was so polite and very helpful. He answered every question I had and definitely made me feel welcomed and more inclined to return with friends

Chace Lake is a wonderful place to live. The leasing professionals at Chace Lake are awesome. Great community. I enjoy all of the different events and appreciate interacting with all of the staff. Everyone is always so nice. Raymone w/ Maintenance is always very prompt and friendly. He fixed the issue I had within minutes.
Had the pleasure of speaking with Liz. She was amazing and a kind soul to work with! She was very thorough in answering my questions and made sure I had a complete understanding of everything.
